Our Executive Staff
Sandy Brewer – Owner and President
Sandy has provided executive management of Pinnacle for over two decades. Sandra
was the first female police officer to serve on the Spokane, Washington Police Department
and is currently a qualified expert in background investigations, sexual harassment,
discrimination, and risk management. Sandra is a licensed private investigator and
has brought successes in numerous criminal defense cases, including death penalty
investigations. She speaks nationally on such topics as risk management, identity
fraud, negligent hiring, workplace violence and sexual harassment in the workplace.
Sandra has been overseeing all personnel, policies and background investigation
procedures at Pinnacle for over 22 years.
Bryce Cain – Operations and Private Investigations Manager
Bryce has over 18 years experience in the Criminal Justice System for the Washington
State Department of Corrections. Bryce also has over six (6) years experience as
a Licensed Private Investigator. As an upper level Security Manager, he supervised
security/investigation programs and employees in adult prisons. He communicates
complex thoughts and concepts clearly in oral and written forms, and had represented
facilities interest to elected officials, outside agencies, the media, and the public
in a constructive manner. Bryce also develops/articulates/monitors our plant security
programs, and will detect and fully investigate inappropriate, criminal and manipulative
activities.
Jeanne Gilbert - General Manager and Director of Client Services
Jeanne has over 30 years in the Customer Service industry covering a broad range
of positions including Supervisor/Manager of a group of Inside Sales Representatives,
a Call Center, a Parts & Service Center, a Customer Relations Team, and most recently
as the Director of Client Services for Pinnacle, focusing on problem resolution
and increased customer retention through great customer service.
Sabrina Sawyer - Investigations Manager
Sabrina has been with Pinnacle for over 4 years and currently provides leadership
and oversight for all packages and background investigations. Sabrina has continually
and consistently provided new solutions and education to the background investigations
team at Pinnacle. She has developed multiple training and education procedures and
policies and is responsible for training all new background investigators. She leads
weekly audit practices, receives and reviews all reports, and oversees all aspects
of the background investigation process. Under Sabrina’s leadership Pinnacle has
continually decreased turnaround time by up to 40%.
