Sample Reports
Intake
Incoming subject submissions from our clients are currently accepted as single entries
via our SSL secure website (meaning a client logs in from their desktop and inputs
relevant information, such as full name, SSN, DOB) or contact Pinnacle for interfacing
with additional import formats and capabilities.
The following are screenshots of the web interface where a client can order services:

When submitting a new investigation request, the client has the option of selecting
from several pre-built investigation packages or to use an existing package built
specific for the client. Each package contains a different selection of investigation
processes and reports.
Subject information is entered directly to the website and additional add-on services
may be selected per user or as an add-on to all client submissions.
Processing
Clients can view all past submissions or filter by subject name or SSN. Once an
investigator has claimed a subject for investigation the subject remains in a locked
processing state until such time as all investigation is complete.

Once subjects are submitted via one of the intake processes, they are immediately
assigned to experienced investigator(s). As an example of our commitment to best
practices in the area of quality control and security, throughout the investigation
process all investigator activities are recorded per subject to create a change
log for each investigator that may have contributed to a particular subject.
We continually monitor and review this process for auditing purposes to maintain
accuracy. All requests to third-parties for subject verification, court record lookups
and credit reporting takes place within the confines of the Investigation Suite
application. This helps maintain accuracy and accountability for all aspects of
the investigation and the investigators who work on each element.
During the reporting process, the system requires the investigator or investigators
to complete each reporting area assigned to the subject before a report can be marked
as complete. It is not possible to mark an incomplete report as completed without
administrative authorization.
Output
Once all elements of the background investigation have been completed for a particular
subject, the report is manually reviewed by a supervisory reviewing officer and
is marked complete when all areas of the report are finalized.
Once marked complete, there are several options for delivering the final report
to the client. By default, each report is made available to the client 24/7 via
our SSL secured online web application after completion (of course you can log in
and monitor the investigation at any time). Also, a client can log in at any time
and see a complete record of all submitted reports.
